About Us
At Komplex Care, we are experts in providing care packages for those with complex health conditions and multiple diagnoses. Our bespoke care packages support adults and children in their own homes all around the UK, overseen by our operational and nursing teams. Every member of our care staff is specially trained at our nurse-led Training Academy, with tailored training for each client. Our rapid response team insures 24/7 support, for example when a client is discharged from hospital and a separate service we also provide CPD-accredited training to individuals and organisations.

Our Training Academy
We are extremely proud of our industry-leading Training Academy. Delivering our training in-house means we can guarantee the standard of our courses, which are CPD accredited and overseen by our clinical nurse team. Our care staff complete a full mandatory in-person training course and further e-learning modules before working with clients, and are then presented with ongoing opportunities to undertake further training and earn qualifications such as NVQs in Health and Social Care. This is in addition to any person-specific clinical training required for complex packages.
