Our Training Academy
Our Academy provides CPD-accredited training, combining face-to-face and online learning developed by our expert clinical team. We deliver specialist and mandatory training tailored to the complexities of healthcare. Our structured approach ensures staff competency, professional development, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, we offer a bespoke e-learning suite covering competency assessments, documented procedures, and sign-off under one fee — streamlining costs while enhancing efficiency.
Our Training Offer
Many individuals will want to return home as soon as possible from an inpatient stay. Delayed transfers of care can also have an effect on commissioners, both on a system and a national level.
We are strategically positioned to provide a range of hospital discharge and rehabilitation training across the UK, supporting the increase in independence and comfort that returning home can provide.
We offer annual refresher training that, in line with the most recent evidence-based research, allows us to ensure greater levels of continuity in care. Our refresher training is followed by a competency assessment and offers a cost-effective solution for ensuring that staff are at the leading edge of best practice. Regular refresher training is the best way to mitigate against any issues arising, which may cause problems leading to complications in the package or a hospital admission.
All of our trainers and assessors are highly qualified and possess a wealth of experience that helps them to identify any issues, habits or risks that need correcting. Alongside our exacting standards, all of our assessors understand the role of a care provider and so they offer feedback, guidance, and correction in a positive and constructive way.
