Flexible routes to commissioning care
We work with NHS Continuing Healthcare, Children’s Continuing Care, Local Authority and jointly funded packages, Personal Health Budgets, private funding, insurance and compensation arrangements. Our team can discuss funding routes, contracting requirements and the information needed to progress a care package.
Complex care that supports different circumstances
Komplex Care works with NHS and Local Authority commissioners to plan and mobilise nurse-led complex care at home across a range of pathways. From hospital discharge and step-down rehabilitation to long-term, respite and palliative care, every package is shaped around assessed clinical needs, risks, outcomes and timescales.
