Did you know at Komplex, we are committed to high-quality in-house training for our staff? Our industry-leading Training Academy ensures that every team member receives CPD-accredited training, overseen by our clinical nurse team!

All care staff complete a full mandatory in-person training course and additional e-learning modules before starting work.

➡️ We offer ongoing opportunities for further training, including NVQs in Health and Social Care.
➡️ For complex care packages, staff receive specialised clinical training tailored to individual client needs.

By delivering training internally, we maintain high standards and ensure our staff are fully equipped to provide excellent care.

From day one, Sue has been the backbone of Komplex

From day one, Sue has been the backbone of Komplex, starting out in a tiny office in Telford and helping to build the company into what it is today. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring—beginning as a pharmacy technician, moving into paediatric nursing, and then onto ICU. Nearly 40 years as a practice nurse later, she’s a walking, talking clinical encyclopaedia! 📚

We’ve genuinely lost count of the number of training sessions she’s led, but with over 3,000+ candidates trained, there’s no doubt she’s shaped the careers of countless professionals.

Sue, your dedication, knowledge, and wicked sense of humour keep us all going. Thank you for everything you do! 💙

🎉 Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week with Ryan! 🎉 Earlier this week, we caught up with Ryan, who recently joined Komplex Group as an apprentice. He shared some invaluable insights into his journey so far!

🔹 What is your role?
I am a Recruitment Admin, completing a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.

🔹 What made you join Komplex Group?
The future opportunities, career progression, and the welcoming atmosphere during my interview drew me in. Plus, the company benefits were the icing on the cake!

🔹 What is your advice for future apprentices?
Go for it! Believe in yourself—others will see the potential in you that you might not see in yourself. You're never too old or underqualified to start a new path. I came from a hands-on background in sheet metal, landscaping, and construction, but Komplex Group saw my transferable skills and positive attitude.

Arron’s journey began when his daughter prepared for a volunteer trip to Gambia, where she will spend a week supporting local schools.
