Fantastic four up for prestigious care awards

The regional shortlists for the Great British Care Awards have now been revealed, and we are delighted to say we have a fantastic FOUR nominees.

So as our team prepare themselves for the interview process which will determine whether they become regional winners – and potentially progress to the national finals – we wanted to highlight their achievements.

In the shortlists we have:

  • Rachel Davy, our Operations Director, nominated for The Workforce Development Award (West Midlands region),
  • In addition, Wendy Perkins, one of our Nurse Manager team, who’s shortlisted in The Social Care Nurse Award (North West region),
  • Also Mandy Williams-Vance, our Registered Manager, who’s up for The Home Care Registered Manager Award (North West region),
  • Lastly, Arron Zaib, the Chief Commercial Officer for the whole Komplex Group. He is in the running for The Care Innovator Award (West Midlands region).

It’s especially great news for us given we had three nominees shortlisted in last year’s awards. This included Mandy who went on to win the national The Frontline Leaders Award.

Sharon Lane, the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, said:

“We are so proud of the four members of the Komplex team who have been shortlisted in this year’s Great British Care Awards.

“Rachel, Wendy, Mandy and Arron are integral to the ongoing success of Komplex Care and each bring a magnitude of experience, knowledge and hard work to their roles. They’re all extremely passionate about providing first-class care to the clients we support. This has an immeasurable impact on the adults and children with complex needs who we care for in their own homes across the country.

“The entire Group is wishing our fabulous four the best of luck ahead of the announcement of the regional winners. Thank you all for your dedication to our clients and to Komplex Care!”
