How are care professionals trained for complex clinical procedures?

Training is built around the individual’s condition, equipment, medication, procedures and clinical risks. Care professionals must complete practical training and competency assessment before undertaking delegated clinical tasks.

How are clinical risks and emergency procedures managed?

Our nurses assess condition-specific risks, medication, equipment and potential deterioration. Clear emergency, escalation and business continuity procedures are included within the care plan.

How do you safeguard the adults and children receiving your care?

Our safeguarding procedures support people’s safety, dignity, rights and wellbeing. Concerns are reported, escalated and managed in line with safeguarding requirements.
